the graduate education of the law school of shandong university began in 1985. depending on the rich academic atmosphere, it has obtained rapid developments under the efforts of the outstan- ding faculty and extraordinarily gifted students. at present, there are three doctoral degree programes including jurisprudence, constitutional & administrative law and civil law, 10 master degree programs including constitutional & administrative law, civil law, jurisprudence, criminal law, international law, letigation law, economic law, lex history law, environmental law and jm. there are 842 graduate students and 55 postgraduate candidates. …
