introduction to professor xiao jinming

xiao jinming was born in august, 1965. from september ,1983 to july, 1987, he studied in law school of shandong university and gained the bachelor degree; from september, 1987 to july, 1990, he studied politics and gained the master degree in jilin university, and from september, 2000 to july, 2003 he got the doctoral degree in administrative school in jilin university. he is now doing his postdoctoral research in government administration of beijing university. he is the professor of shandong university, supervisor of doctors, education ministry member of guiding committee of teaching, standing vice-president of law school in shandong university,head of constitution and administrative laws’ research institute, he is both the head of jurisprudence society, the board member of jurisprudence society of china, the vice-president of administrative laws society, vice-president of legal research institute, chief expert of research base of jurisprudence in shandong province.

he specializes in constitution, administrative laws, politics, public management. his academic research mainly focuses on fields of constitutional reform, legal government, emergency legality, etc. in recent years, he has been in charged of many important subjects from education ministry and shandong province such as “social equity and government responsibility”, “study on legal administrative system”, “study on the process of administrative enforcement of law”, “wto and government legality”, “study on political civilization: integration between the insight in politics and the logic in constitution”, etc. and, he also published quite a lot of academic books such as “study on political parties”, “special study on administrative punishment”, “the logic on legal administration”, “study on administrative punishment system”, etc. moreover, he has been published more than 60 academic articles on many important journals with wide-spread influence, for example, “journal of literature, history and philosophy”, “administrative management of china”, “jurist”, “politics and law”, “law”,etc. among of those, more than 10 articles were reprinted by “xinhua digest”, “duplicating materials from renmin university of china” and also over 10 researches gained the rewards from personnel department of china and society and science association of shandong province.
