introduction to professor xie hui

 xie hui is the professor of shandong university, academic committee member of shandong university and academic committee director of law school of shandong university. moreover, he is also the head of jurisprudence society, shandong university at wehai (sduw) and the board member of jurisprudence society of china, international law philosophy and social philosophy committee, and the standing board member of confucian law culture of china. professor xie hui has devoted himself to the study of law philosophy for many years, as a result, he has published 7 academic research books, more than 150 research papers and 60 academic essays . he edited large scale jurisprudence series ¡°series of jurisprudence¡±, ¡°study of public law¡± and the academic journals such as ¡°folk law ¡°and ¡°legal method¡±. he is also one of the chief editors of ¡°textualism in china¡±. his achievements in scientific research have evoked a widespread re-echo. so, his works have been reprinted and discussed by many editorials such as ¡°digest of liberal arts school¡±,¡± duplicating materials from renmin university of china¡±,¡± digest on social science in china¡±, ¡°xinhua digest¡±, ¡°wenhui newspaper¡±,¡± public editorial¡± and ¡°legal daily¡±, etc. some of his research achievements not only have been published in german, japanese, korean and english, but also reprinted for many times.

 according to the statistics from the library of nanjing university, he has come out in front in the quoting rate. his academic achievements have received more than 40 academic rewards. in 2000, he awarded ¡°first outstanding youth teacher of higher institution¡± from education ministry as well as ¡°outstanding scholar of shandong university¡±. in 2002, he attended the project of ¡°one hundred people program¡± and awarded ¡°ten famous youth scholars of jurisprudence¡± in shandong province. in 2004, he was nominated ¡°ten famous youth scholars of jurisprudence¡± in china. in 2005, he was honored ¡°mount tai scholar¡±. since 2002, he began to serve as the doctor supervisor of the specialty of jurisprudence, and have more than 20 doctoral and master candidates and 30 graduates.
