jurisprudence:
the law school of shandong university has been authorized by the state counsil the master degree in 1998, the doctoral degree in 2000. the discipline aims to train the professional personnel who has the solid foundation of modern legal theory, strong fundamental research, innovation and legal practice ability, and can be engaged in the legal science theoretical teaching and the research. the discipline has the most specialized teachers, and is in the leading level in domestic. there are 6 professors and 5 assosiate professors currently.
the discipline has four research directions including law philosophy, law sociology, comparative law & interpetative law, and it has created a serie of influential achievements in the comparative law, the authority philosophy. next key research will place in the folk method and chinese legal system .
history law:
in 1985 shandonguniversity started to train graduate student in the direction of legal history ,and appointed professor qiao wei as the graduate student teacher.the law school of sdu has been authorized by the state counsil the master degree in 2003.
the discipline aims to raise professional personnel who has the solid basic of legal theory history, the innovation and the application ability in high level. there are 1 professors and 3 assosiate professors currently.
the discipline has three research directions including chinese legal system history, chinese law thinking history and western law thinking history, and is specialized in chinese dynasty legal regime and legal thought research.
constitutional & administrative law:
the law school of shandong university has been authorized by the state counsil the master degree in 1993, the doctoral degree in 2005. this discipline mainly raises the talented persons who are engaged in theresearch of constitutional practice, human rights, administrative law, and it has outstanding faculty. there are 5 professors and 6 assosiate professors currently who have taken the researchs about human rights, the legislation, the government by law administration research successively and so on.
